Its versatility has made it a go-to choice for riders taking everything from weekend rides to global tours.
However, rider feedback revealed a growing trend of using Food Pouches for non-food items, such as gloves, charging cables, headphones, or small power banks. This raised challenges, including security, lack of mounting options and concerns about water ingress when storing electronics.
To address these needs, we developed the Expedition Stem Pack—an easy-access pack with a welded, waterproof construction. Unlike traditional Food Pouches, it offers flexible capacity, enhanced weather protection, and versatile mounting options.
The Expedition Stem Pack is designed for riders tackling both long-distance tours and everyday bikepacking adventures. It offers a convenient, easily accessible storage solution to safely and securely hold a variety of items in a welded, waterproof design.
With multiple mounting options, the pack allows for creative placement across the bike, extending to hardware like racks and baskets, allowing riders to optimize storage without compromising the often-limited space on handlebars.

The Stem Pack is made from a three-layer laminate fabric that was developed specifically for Apidura. The material is lightweight and highly resistant to tears and abrasion. Notably, it’s welded together at the seams, creating a watertight seal that ensures complete waterproofing.
Wash the Stem Pack by hand, using a mild diluted soap if necessary. Afterwards, let it air dry. Do not machine wash, machine dry, or iron.
